Shiloh strives to make counseling affordable for anyone. We have a sliding scale to calculate price, taking into account the client’s family income and size, and which therapist they choose.
|Credentials||Therapists||Rate Per Session|
|Licensed Clinical Psychologist||$110 (Flat Rate)|
Licensed Professional Counselor OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
|Board Certified Biblical Counselor||Heidi Gula||$50-$90|
|Licensed Professional Counselor-Intern||$30-$70|
|Student Intern||Jeff Orme||
To reserve your new client appointment, Shiloh requires credit card or debit card information, similar to reserving a hotel room. When we make an appointment for a new client, other potential clients are turned away for that appointment time. Your card will be charged the full rate for the session on the day of the appointment, whether you come to the appointment or not. If you cancel this appointment with at least 24 hours notice, there will not be any charges on your card. (Click here for Alpha-Stim Prices)
For all subsequent appointments, payment is expected at the time of each counseling session. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. We are also able to accept medical spending account cards.
Shiloh does not file or accept any insurance, medicaid, or medicare.
You may choose to file your own insurance claim for yourself and benefits will be paid directly to you. We will provide a receipt of your payment for each session that can be sent to your insurance company, along with any additional information requested.
Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy
We respect your time and endeavor to always be on time to give you your full session. We ask that you give mutual respect for our professional time. A scheduled appointment reserves that time only for you. If you need to change your appointment time please allow 24 hours prior notification. The full session fee is charged for missed appointments that have not been cancelled. One half of the session fee is charged for late cancellations, with the exception of emergencies or sudden illness.
