Elisabeth Colmer, M.S., LPC, obtained her Master’s Degree in Counseling
from Lubbock Christian University and is a member of the American
Counseling Association. Her training at LCU provided her with a broad and
diverse therapeutic skill set. She particularly enjoys working with
individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and those who are coping
with traumatic events in their lives. Elisabeth’s inborn aptitude towards
empathetic listening makes her a genuinely skilled counselor. Her education
equips her to work individually with adults and adolescents. Elisabeth
believes, based on her own experiences, that even the most challenging life
events allow individuals the opportunity to grow closer to God. Her goal is
to assist her clients in this process. Elisabeth has been happily married
for over 20 years and adores her many fur babies. Elisabeth works in tandem
with a therapy dog named Muppet (pictured), who joins her in sessions.
